With the Inova VFVM 3032, M.A.S… has a fully automatic filling and closing machine for the filling of liquid products into vials and sealing of the same with rubber stoppers and crimp caps. With the aid of two rotary pumps, it is possible to fill vials with container formats from 2 ml up to 20 ml and with a filling volume of up to 15 ml at two filling stations in parallel.<\/p>\n
Filling takes place in a low-particle environment, ensured by two powerful Spetec laminar flow modules. The free-standing cleanroom tent separates the filling process from the environment. The H14 type filters remove 99.995% of all particles with a size of 0.12 \u00b5m and the purified air flows into the tent. The clean air displaces particles, creating a low-particle working atmosphere and ensuring clean filling.<\/p>\n
